There are interlayers that require a very precise process of reaching temperature on glass with subsequent stationing. The datalogger connected directly to a flat thermocouple placed on the surface of the glass allows the temperature rise to be monitored with consequent adjustment of the recipe so that you do not have to wait for the glass to come out to question whether the firing is correct and perhaps have to start a new test again using intuitive times and temperatures resulting in wasted time.
Also with a view to simplifying work, in order to avoid wasting time, the RCN laboratory has developed a high-performance synthetic product to be applied around the entire perimeter of the panes such as to facilitate the removal of excess material.
REVA 12 applied before each firing on the glass panes provides a clean and tidy product.

Glass handling is a very important point in laminate production. Many glass factories are already well equipped, others need to organize glass transfers from the washing to the preparation site and then to the furnace loading/unloading area.
Our company offers the possibility to study and customize glass handling and/or transfer solutions. A basic point could be the table with wheels equipped with swivel casters for lifting and sliding the glass, built by our company in very simple such as to be an easy support for logistics by reducing manual operations.
Good storage of the laminating film is the basis for the successful quality of the laminate. The roll holders supplied by RCN are built to provide protection from dust and ease in unrolling and cutting the film.
Equally, refrigerated and dehumidified boxes allow controlled storage of rolls in use, especially in those areas where the temperature rises above 35°C, EVA’s point of distress.
